42 “Go for Goals” World Cup Campaign

  1. The "Go for Goals" ("Campaign") is an event hosted by 42 on 42.space that will run from June 8, 2026 at 00:00 UTC until July 20, 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Campaign Period").
  2. By participating in the Campaign, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, reward mechanics, leaderboard calculations, Team Competition rules, and participation requirements established by 42.
  3. All qualifying activity completed during the Campaign Period shall count toward Campaign participation, Ticket generation, leaderboard calculations, and reward eligibility, including activity completed prior to the public announcement of the Campaign.
  4. Only qualifying activity generated on designated World Cup markets and officially announced Campaign tasks during the Campaign Period shall qualify for Ticket generation, leaderboard calculations, Team Competition participation, and reward eligibility.
  5. A qualifying trade is defined as a trade exceeding 1 USDT in value on a designated World Cup market.
  6. The Campaign features a total reward pool of 50,000 USDT, distributed as follows:
    1. 20,000 USDT allocated to the Individual Competition.
    2. 30,000 USDT allocated to the Team Competition.
  7. Participants may earn Campaign Tickets by completing eligible activities during the Campaign Period. Tickets are used exclusively for Campaign rankings and reward calculations. Tickets have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, digital assets, or other consideration.
  8. Participants may earn Tickets by completing eligible activities during the Campaign, including but not limited to the following:
    1. Trade Tasks
      1. First Trade: Complete your first qualifying trade over 1 USDT and receive +2 Tickets.
      2. Trading Volume: Receive +1 Ticket for every $50 of qualifying trading volume.
      3. Featured Match: Trade a featured match during its bonus window and receive up to a 5x Ticket multiplier.
      4. Top Trader: Finish within the Top 200 traders by realized daily PnL and receive +10 Tickets.
      5. Win Streak: Users earn +5 / +10 / +20 / +30 / +40 Tickets for consecutive Campaign markets where they hold a position on the winning outcome at final settlement.
      6. Team Performance: Team Captains earn +100 / +200 / +800 / +1,500 Tickets when their Team clears designated volume milestones.
    2. Activity Tasks
      1. Early Bird: Be one of the first 100 wallets to make a qualifying trade and receive +5 Tickets.
      2. Daily Trade: Complete at least one qualifying trade on a match day and receive +2 Tickets.
      3. 3-Day Streak: Trade on three consecutive match days and receive +10 Tickets.
      4. 7-Day Streak: Trade on seven consecutive match days and receive +30 Tickets.
    3. Social Tasks
      1. Invite a Friend: Receive +20 Tickets when a referred user signs up through your referral link, connects a wallet, and completes more than 20 USDT in qualifying trading volume.
      2. Share your take: Share your PnL on X and submit the post link for review to receive +10 Tickets.
      3. Livestream / X Space Check-In: Enter the code shown during a designated livestream or X Space, within its window, to receive +5 Tickets. Each code can be claimed once per participant.
    4. OG Perks
      1. Previous $10 Money Back Campaign participants receive +5 Tickets.
      2. 42 Ambassadors receive +100 Tickets.
      3. BNB / HYPE NFT Holders receive +20 Tickets.
      4. Binance Wallet Traders receive +20 Tickets.
      5. Team GateDEX Traders receive +20 Tickets.
      6. Team SurfAI Traders receive +15 Tickets.

    42 reserves the right to introduce additional bonus tasks, partner activities, NFT-holder rewards, or limited-time promotions throughout the Campaign.

  9. Featured Match Ticket Multipliers shall apply as follows:
    1. Group Stage Featured Matches: up to 2x multiplier.
    2. Marquee Group Matches and Decisive Qualification Matches: up to 3x multiplier.
    3. Round of 16, Quarter Finals, and Semi Finals: up to 3x multiplier.
    4. World Cup Final: up to 5x multiplier.

    Featured Matches shall be announced by 42 throughout the Campaign.

  10. Ticket Standards:
    1. Only designated World Cup markets qualify.
    2. Only trades exceeding 1 USDT qualify.
    3. Ticket balances displayed during the Campaign are provisional.
    4. Final Ticket balances shall be confirmed after Campaign review.
    5. A per-wallet daily cap applies.
    6. Self-trading, wash trading, fake volume generation, multi-wallet farming, referral abuse, or similar manipulative activity shall not qualify for Tickets.
    7. Tickets are exclusive for the Campaign and are not withdrawable.
  11. For purposes of Campaign calculations:
    1. Top Trader
      1. Rankings are determined by realized Profit & Loss (PnL) denominated in $ value.
      2. In the event of a tie, qualifying trading volume shall be used as the tie-breaker.
    2. Winning Trade/Winning Streak
      1. A Winning Trade is a trade where the user still holds the winning outcome when the market reaches final settlement. Positions that are sold before settlement do not qualify as Winning Trades, even if they generated positive realized PnL.
      2. Consecutive Winning Trades qualify for Win Streak rewards.
  12. The Individual Competition consists of a 20,000 USDT reward pool.
    1. The Top 10 participants shall receive fixed rewards:
      1. 1st Place: 2,000 USDT
      2. 2nd Place: 1,800 USDT
      3. 3rd Place: 1,600 USDT
      4. 4th Place: 1,300 USDT
      5. 5th Place: 1,000 USDT
      6. 6th Place: 800 USDT
      7. 7th Place: 600 USDT
      8. 8th Place: 400 USDT
      9. 9th Place: 300 USDT
      10. 10th Place: 200 USDT
      11. The remaining 10,000 USDT shall be distributed among participants ranked 11th through 2,000th, weighted proportionally according to the number of Tickets earned.
  13. The Team Competition consists of a 30,000 USDT reward pool.
    1. The Team Pool shall be distributed as follows:
      1. 1st Place Team: 30%
      2. 2nd Place Team: 20%
      3. 3rd Place Team: 10%
      4. Teams ranked 4th–10th share the remaining 40% proportionally according to Team Points.
    2. For each qualifying Team:
      1. 50% of Team rewards are distributed among Team members proportionally according to their contribution.
      2. 50% of Team rewards are allocated to the Team Captain.
  14. Participants may join only one Team during the Campaign. Once a participant joins a Team, that Team selection becomes permanent for the remainder of the Campaign. No Team switching shall be permitted.
  15. Tickets earned contribute simultaneously toward both Individual Competition rankings and Team Competition rankings.
  16. To qualify for Team Competition rewards, a Team's total verified Ticket count at Campaign close must equal or exceed the average verified Ticket count across all participating Teams. Teams below this threshold shall not qualify for Team Competition rewards.
  17. Team Captains may earn additional Tickets through Team Volume milestones:
    1. Team Volume above 50,000 USDT: +100 Tickets
    2. Team Volume above 100,000 USDT: +200 Tickets
    3. Team Volume above 300,000 USDT: +800 Tickets
    4. Team Volume above 500,000 USDT: +1,500 Tickets
    5. 42 reserves the right to introduce additional Team Volume milestones throughout the Campaign.
  18. Side Quests:
    1. SurfAI Side Quest: Participants who complete their first trade and sign up on SurfAI using the special link available on the Tickets landing page will be eligible to win a free 1-month SurfAI Pro subscription. A total of 10 winners will be selected from all qualifying participants.
    2. Cournot Side Quest: Participants who achieve at least one 2-match winning streak on eligible scoreline markets will qualify for the Cournot Side Pool. The 800 USDT prize pool will be allocated across three separate awards: 400 USDT for the longest winning streak, 350 USDT for the highest number of winning streaks, and 50 USDT awarded at random to one qualifying participant.
  19. Any abusive, manipulative, deceptive, or unfair activity may result in immediate disqualification. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: wash trading, self-trading, artificial volume generation, referral abuse, multi-wallet farming, ticket farming, automated participation, collusion, market manipulation, any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
  20. 42 reserves the right to remove Tickets, revoke rewards, remove Teams from rankings, or disqualify participants where necessary to preserve Campaign integrity.
  21. Campaign results shall be reviewed within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Winners shall be announced within five (5) business days following the World Cup Final. Rewards shall be distributed within three (3) business days following the official winner announcement and credited directly to the participant's 42 wallet.
  22. 42 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or update these Terms & Conditions, Campaign mechanics, reward structures, Ticket allocations, eligibility requirements, or leaderboard calculations at any time without prior notice.
  23. Participation in the 42 World Cup Campaign does not grant, imply, or guarantee eligibility for any future airdrop, token distribution, token generation event (TGE), points program, rewards program, or any similar initiative by 42. Participation in the Campaign is solely for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, and users should not expect any additional benefits, rights, or entitlements beyond those expressly stated herein.
  24. All decisions made by 42 regarding eligibility, Ticket calculations, rankings, reward allocations, fraud detection, Campaign administration, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
